This notice explains how Ordino Desk may handle visitor and customer information in Italy. The current cable planner calculates locally in your browser and does not submit desk measurements to us.
Planner data
Desk width, connected-device count, and standing-desk choice remain in the active browser session and reset when the page reloads. We do not require your identity to calculate a recommendation. If a future saved-planner service collects these details, we will state the purpose, legal basis, retention period, and available controls before submission.
Payments
This website has no direct checkout. If an order is arranged separately, an authorised payment provider may process payment information under its own privacy terms. We may receive transaction references, billing details, payment status, and fraud-prevention signals needed to document, fulfil, or refund the purchase. We do not retain complete card numbers.
Cookies
Essential storage may support security, accessibility, consent preferences, and site operation. Optional cookies, if introduced, will use the controls required under Italian and EU rules. You may reject non-essential categories through the consent interface or browser settings. Disabling essential functions can affect parts of the site that depend on session continuity.
Analytics
Subject to applicable consent requirements, we may measure aggregate visits, device categories, loading performance, referral sources, and interactions with planners or guides. We aim to minimise identifiers and use limited retention. These reports help improve layout, accessibility, and content; planner dimensions are not intended for advertising profiles or sensitive inferences.
Contact details
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message, attachments, desk measurements, product information, and purchase reference to respond, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet contractual or legal duties. Avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
User rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
