These terms apply to product enquiries and purchases from Ordino Desk in Italy. This demonstration site offers no cart or checkout; stock, final specifications, and ordering arrangements are confirmed separately through support.
Delivery
Available destinations, charges, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are confirmed before an order is accepted. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Provide a complete reachable Italian address and inspect parcels promptly. Report visible transit damage with photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected item so we can investigate.
Installation limits
Check desktop material, thickness, edge shape, structural clearance, load capacity, moving mechanisms, and concealed services before installation. Supplied screws or adhesives are not suitable for every surface. Never drill without verifying the area. Power strips require ventilation and accessible switches. Professional installation may be appropriate for valuable furniture, stone, glass, or uncertain structures.
Returns
Eligible consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be complete, clean, and securely packaged with included hardware. Refunds may be reduced where handling exceeds what is reasonably necessary for inspection. Lawful exclusions may apply to customised goods or opened sealed items with hygiene or safety implications.
Exchanges
Requests to exchange a size, finish, or mounting type depend on availability. Contact support before sending a product so we can confirm compatibility and provide instructions. Any price difference or additional delivery cost will be explained before proceeding. An exchange does not limit mandatory remedies available under applicable Italian or EU consumer law.
Warranty
Products include the legal protections applicable in Italy and any stated commercial warranty. Coverage concerns manufacturing faults under normal intended use. It excludes ordinary wear, incorrect mounting, unsuitable surfaces, overloading, unauthorised modification, damage to cables through compression or sharp bending, liquids, heat exposure, and failure to follow installation or care instructions.
Support
For sizing, installation, warranty, compatibility, or order assistance, contact support@ordinodesk.pro with the product name, purchase reference, desk measurements, surface material, and clear photographs where relevant. We aim to acknowledge messages within two Italian business days. Support guidance cannot verify hidden structures remotely or authorise unsafe alterations.
Final terms
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Italian law and mandatory EU consumer protections apply. If one provision is unenforceable, the others continue. We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons; the version supplied when an order is accepted governs that purchase. Last updated: 10 August 2026.
